Yeah, you

Hey, Osama:

Olly Olly All In Free!

It's been 5 years since Osama's folks took down the towers.

In the interim, our government has gotten us mired in a war/police action/civil-religious war in the wrong country.

In the mean time, the administration has failed to come any closer than naming a country [Pakistan] in its search for the real culprit. And at least 2,666 American soldiers have died and at least 19,945 have been wounded fighting the wrong war.

And Osama Bin Laden remains free.

(Bet if I forgot to pay my income taxes, no matter what country I was in, the IRS could find me.)

And the neocons wonder why no one has any faith in the Bushies in office.

And so it goes.

I must have missed it when we were attacked again since 9/11. Oh, that's right, we haven't because we've been fighting the wrong war. That makes sense now.

Don't know if you're being sarcastic or not so: It wasn't Iraq tht attacked us. It was Osama and al Quada. We attacked Iraq mostly so the W-imbecile could finish up what his father started ... getting Saddam. No connection.

First, the logical fallacy anonymous seems to be looking for is
post hoc ergo proper hoc
.

Second, anonymous must not have been paying very close attention. In September and October of 2001, there were anthrax-laced letters mailed to multiple media outlets and to two Democratic Senators. Those were very much terrorist attacks. The culprit remains unknown.

Old Guy, tell us why we should vote for your pal Blagojevich.

Exactly who said Blago is my pal. The only thing I know about November right now is I won't be voting for Judy Barr (the George Ryan Clone) Topinka. Looks too much like Ronald McDonald in drag for me.
